Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (clothing, makeup, personal care items), the following conditions apply:
Returnable Items
· Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order · Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached · Proof of purchase (receipt or order email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
· Opened makeup and cosmetics · Opened skincare products · Undergarments · Worn or used shoes · Damaged bags or accessories
